Chili Quesadilla

Ingredients

2 10 to 12 -inch prepared flour tortillas

1 can (15-oz.) Hormel Chili (with beans or no beans )

check chopped onion 1 tablespoon chopped onion

check garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

check green chilies, chopped 2 teaspoons green chilies, chopped

check Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated

check Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

check Red onion rings Red onion rings

Directions:

Bake tortillas in 350 F. oven 2 minutes per side. Heat Hormel Chili, adding onion, garlic powder, chilies. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over tortillas, then spread thinly on chili mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top, heat 8 minutes in 350 F. oven. Garnish with red onion rings.
