Easy Chicken Barbecue Sandwiches

Yield: 3 servings

check celery, chopped 1/4 cup celery, chopped

check green pepper, chopped 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

check onion, chopped 1/4 cup onion, chopped

check butter 1 tablespoon butter

check barbecue sauce 2/3 cup barbecue sauce

1 can (10 oz.) chunk white chicken, drained

In a saucepan, saute the celery, green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in barbecue sauce and chicken; heat through. Serve on buns.
