Prepare yogurt dill sauce by mixing together yogurt, dill, lemon juice and garlic. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Line rimmed cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place salmon fillets skin side down on foil.
Drizzle salmon with olive oil and season with pepper and salt (if using).
Place in cold oven and set the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
Serve immediately with chilled yogurt dill sauce.
