1. Prepare your grill by spraying with non-stick cooking spray and preheat temperature to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl combine 93% lean ground turkey, diced avocado, panko bread crumbs, chopped garlic, cilantro, cumin and chili powder.
3. Mix well to combine ingredients and form into 4 equal patties
4. Grill turkey burgers for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve with garnishments of your choice!
Tips:
-Add some fire roasted corn or black beans to this recipe for an even more Southwest flavored burger.
-Serve with a salsa ranch or cilantro lime avocado dressing.
