Fresh Veggie Slaw

Makes a great healthy lunch or snack and goes great as a side dish for dinner!

In a small bowl, combine grated carrot, chopped celery, tomato and cucumber, add dressing and salt and mix well.

Spoon over lettuce leaf and serve.
