Asparagus With Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Add fresh asparagus, trimmed to shopping list 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

Add orange juice to shopping list 3 Tablespoons orange juice

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to shopping list 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Add Dijon mustard to shopping list 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Add granulated sugar to shopping list 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Add olive oil to shopping list 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

In a skillet cook asparagus in small amount of water for 5 minutes until crisp tender; drain well. Transfer asparagus to a serving plate.

Add orange juice, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper to a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Add oil; shake again. Pour dressing over warm asparagus.
