Add instant mashed potato flakes or buds to shopping list

Directions:
Place potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, bacon and broth in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, potato flakes and parsley. Heat through.
