Apricot Pineapple Ham

Ingredients

Add fully cooked bone-in ham to shopping list 5 pound fully cooked bone-in ham

Add (6 ounce) pineapple juice to shopping list 1 can (6 ounce) pineapple juice

Add (10 ounce) pineapple preserves to shopping list 1 jar (10 ounce) pineapple preserves

Add (10 ounce) apricot preserves to shopping list 1 jar (10 ounce) apricot preserves

Add (16 ounce) sliced pineapple, drained to shopping list 1 can (16 ounce) sliced pineapple, drained

Add (6 ounce) maraschino cherries with stems to shopping list 1 can (6 ounce) maraschino cherries with stems

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Score the surface, making diamond shapes 1/2- inch deep. Pour pineapple juice over ham. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/4 hours.

Meanwhile mix preserves in small bowl. Uncover ham and brush with preserves. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham, securing with toothpicks. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until heated through. Discard toothpicks.
