Open Faced Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

Add honey mustard to shopping list 2 Tablespoons honey mustard

Add English Muffins, split and toasted to shopping list 2 English Muffins, split and toasted

Add provolone cheese or your favorite cheese to shopping list 4 slices provolone cheese or your favorite cheese

Add hard cooked eggs, sliced to shopping list 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Add bacon, cooked and chopped to shopping list 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Shopping List: Select Shopping List Adds all checked () ingredients to your Shopping List.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Spread honey mustard evenly on English Muffin halves; place on baking sheet.

Top each muffin half with a slice of cheese, sliced egg and chopped bacon. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
