Fettucine with Ham and Mascarpone

Ingredients

Add fettuccine, cooked as directed on package, drain off water, cover and keep warm to shopping list 3/4 pound fettuccine, cooked as directed on package, drain off water, cover and keep warm

Add cooked ham, sliced and cut into 1/2 pieces to shopping list 1 pound cooked ham, sliced and cut into 1/2 pieces

Add Mascarpone cheese to shopping list 2 1/2 ounces Mascarpone cheese

Add grated Parmesan cheese to shopping list 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese

Add black pepper to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

After cooking fettuccine, set aside and keep warm.

Meanwhile, place ham in a medium pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.

Add the Mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, reduce heat to low and stir until cheeses are melted; add pepper.

Stir the ham and cheese into the hot fettuccine; mix well and serve at once.
