Crab Ball Hors d'Oeuvre

Vary the flavor by substituting walnuts for the pecans

Ingredients

Add (6 oz.) Wakefield Snow Crabmeat to shopping list 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Wakefield Snow Crabmeat

Add (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to shopping list 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Add chopped chives to shopping list 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Add garlic powder to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Add salt to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add chopped pecans to shopping list 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Thaw and drain crabmeat. Blend softened cream cheese, chives, garlic powder and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into log or ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
