Sweet and Sour Radishes

Ingredients

Add vinegar to shopping list 1/3 cup vinegar

Add water to shopping list 3 Tablespoons water

Add granulated sugar to shopping list 4 teaspoons granulated sugar

Add snipped fresh dill to shopping list 1 Tablespoon snipped fresh dill

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 3 cloves garlic, minced

Add salt to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced, optional to shopping list 1 small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced, optional

Add small whole radishes or large radishes cut in half to shopping list 2 cups small whole radishes or large radishes cut in half

Directions:

Combine vinegar, water, sugar, dill, garlic, salt, and chili pepper (optional) in a sealable gallon size plastic bag.

Add radishes, seal bag and ensure that all radishes have been covered with vinegar marinade.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving, turning bag occasionally.
